The goal of the Resiliency & Wellness Toolkit is to provide information and resources to students, parents, and educators in the face of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The resources contained in this toolbox have been specially selected to provide assistance for students return to school. The Resiliency & Wellness Toolkit includes information on Behavioral Health and Wellness, Learning Resources, Parenting Resources and Activities for students.

How to Use

For Students

For students, the Resiliency & Wellness Toolkit provides access to learning activities, healthy ways to help cope with the stress, and positive virtual messaging.




For Parents

The Resiliency & Wellness Toolkit is a resource center where parents can educate themselves on CDC guidelines related to proper COVID-19 safety precautions, ways to talk with children about the COVID-19 Pandemic, ways to boost your mental health and wellness during times of stress, and ways to support children when they go back to school.

For Educators

The Resiliency & Wellness Toolkit is a resource center with useful information on assisting with the return of students to school during COVID-19. The toolkit contains resources on CDC school re-opening guidance, teaching tools for virtual learning, ways to support teachers, and links to data to support school decisions.
